Okay, soooo... I found this on Netflix and didn't look too much into before I started watching it...

It's like a high school project or something... Still watching right now. It's so horrible and I'm actually watching it now, only so I can root for the zombies to kill the characters.

Now when I say high school... It reminds me of a Troma movie actually but still. I think I'm going to turn undead myself if I don't stop watching this...

Edit: Farther in the movie it just gets stupid funny

the movie is like troma for a reason. the director chris seaver and his company low budget pictures worship troma.. and often work with them. The LBP has about 30 flicks out there.. i have maybe 20. some are really good while others terrible....

this one.. it was ok to me.. had some very funny momenths and "crazy dad" character named mr. bonejack (who appears in most of there shit) is one of the best.. as well as teen ape. dont know if he was in that one though. wait yaeh he was.. anyway.. im a fan of that company..

seemed like I just ranted...:)

Was fairly grim, although amusing in parts.

Yeah I never finished it. I couldn't stand that... thing... THe only thing I found funny was that one guy with the DBZ costume. Had a couple of funny things. But Mulva was NOT one of them. For anyone that HAS seen it through.. Please tell me the zombies win....

Ugh, this movie was horrible. Troma has gone so far downhill since the 80's.

It was truly horrible. I actually bought it about a year and a half ago not knowing how horrible it was and have since listed it as worst movie ever.
I just bought Decrepit Crypt of Nightmares 50 Movie Pack and Tomb of Terror 50 Movie Pack and have watched only 2 movies from them and I'm starting to think that maybe Mulva didn't deserve to get the bottom rung. Hmmm, gonna have to dig it out & give it a rewatch it in the near future.

To my knowledge this wasn't a Troma film, just very similar to the stuff coming from Troma.

It definitely has a Troma feel to it.

Huh, woulda sworn it was. It seems to be from TEMPE FILMS http://www.tempevideo.com/ their entire movie list sounds just like TROMAs stuff. They were started by J.R. Bookwalter of THE DEAD NEXT DOOR fame.

Yeah Bookwalter sort of came out of the Full Moon camp. The particular peeps that did Mulva were the LOW BUDGET PICTURES crew, a group very much inspired by Lloyd Kaufman and Troma. Somebody told me Mulva 2 actually features Debbie Rochon as Mulva. Anybody seen it?

I have this on a dvd in the special features section on some dvd and haven't watched it in along time.

If I recall correctly some parts of it were funy midway through it and towards the end. I think the film had cameos from Debbie Rochon, Trent Haaga, and Lloyd Kauffman.

I quite enjoyed Terror at Blood Fart Lake.. I was going to avoid Mulva like an undead plague, based on all the bad things I'd heard about it, until I realized it was also by LBP.

So it's finally coming my mailbox soon via Netflix. Oh, the anticipation.
