I don't know if anyone has made a thread about this yet, but I guess I will. I live in Maine, which with a population of less than 5 million, is a state in which not a lot happens, which is why this is such a big deal. A local film team is working on a zombie movie titled "2". The title is inspired by the premise: 2 people left alive after a biological plague that may be the last two people alive on earth. It was shot locally, and there was actually an open casting call for extras on Feb. 14th (which I unfortunately didn't know about at the time).

Anyway, here is the homepage for the film which has a trailer and some other fun stuff

http://emptyhouse.sabatos.net/2-index.php

And here is a direct link to the trailer

*DISCLAIMER*I am in no way affiliated with the makers of "2", I am just interested in giving this upcoming local project a plug.*DISCLAIMER*

Some good lookin' make up effects in that one! Trailer runs a bit too long, in my opinion, but still looks pretty damned interesting.

I won't be seeing it. Jack's right, that trailer is way too long, otherwise:

- bad acting
- bad gore
- nu-metal sounding music
- bad acting
- main chick has boy-hair, automatic loss of 10 points
- not that they show you the actual plot in that trailer, but if it's just 2 people trying to survive: boring
- did I mention bad acting?

Actually this looks pretty much like Risen with only 2 survivors.

there must be an extreme low level for a body count with only 2 humans left:-(

I agree with BOONe plus it looks like they "borrowed" heavily from a couple of other (good) movies.

Looks ambitious at least. And on the website there was a cast list and there were at least 20 characters listed so I guess there will be a body count.
But it looked a bit too much like Meat Market in the trailer.
Best of luck to them though.

While I was able to piss an brush my teeth and still see what the movie was about...I thought it showed heart...I would definitely see this.

I will say I wouldn't pick these two to save me when the shit hits the fan.

It kind of felt like I was watching Adam Sandler and Kevin James In I Pronounce you Larry and Chuck:)
