I have been actively involved, along with a few friends, in my anti-zombie organization, The Coalition of Undead Research and Extermination, or The C.U.R.E. Together we have spent countless days, weeks, even months preparing, training, studying, and fine tuning our defensive team for the lurking threat of an undead Armageddon. We train hard, namely our acting special operations unit, Havoc United, and study harder, for no battle has ever been won sheerly by brawn. We have researched everything from the classic shuffle and moaner featured prominently in films such as Night of the Living Dead, to the less conventional sprinter as made famous in films such as 28 Days/Weeks later and the Dawn of the Dead remake.
We are looking to expand our team and turn it into a national if not international organization. We currently have members residing in multiple states, including Virginia, Florida, Kansas, and Missouri. Our members are real warriors as well, ranging from Army Combat Engineers, Psych Ops, Transport, Military Police, and Helicopter Door Gunners. Navy Aviation Helicopter Specialists and Master at Arms, and Civilian Metal Workers, Hospital Techs, College Students, Oil Rig Workers, Culinary Specialists, Big Game Hunters, and Carpenters just to touch base.
As you can see we are serious to our cause, and have proven specialists in many fields. A zombie invasion, however unlikely, is still possible considering the viruses being created each and every day, who knows when it will go awry and spawn a nightmare!
Let me know if you would like to stay out of the obituaries, and become part of the C.U.R.E. It is my goal to have at least a small chapter in all 50 states and even branches in the U.K.
