The Blind Dead

Being an avid zombie fan generally anything with "zombie" or "of the dead" in the title is pretty fair game for me. Anything featuring our beloved flesh-eating ghouls is fair game for me now that I think of it. Generally, if it's got zombies in it I'll watch it; whether or not I like it, that's a whole other can of worms.
I've found that most zombie films made involving zombies coming from any body of water all have one thing in common; they're generally not that good. We've got Zombie Lake which is considered by most to be one of the worst films of all time, The Alien Dead one that is completely disregarded by the film's director - never mind the general public, and then there's Shock Waves which although is not a bad film - it's not that good. It seems like zombies and water mix just as well as oil and vinegar. Up to this point, no one has really made a zombie film where zombies emerge from the murky depths and have it actually to be good. Unfortunately, Swamp Zombies is no exception to this statistic.
The film opens as most generic zombie films do. We discover an evil doctor in a hospital is working on a serum for a mysterious entity and when the government decides to come in for their inspection, that's 2 years overdue, the doctor has to dispose of the bodies he's been experimenting on.
