Oh I'm not sure if it's a good idea, I mean Dawn of the Dead. People would call it a rip off.

nope. they based it off of dawn and having a guy going aroudn the mall having fun woudnt be good.. to me anyway.

I think it would be badass! I mean you'd have to expand it, so it's not a rip off of DotD. But it'd have a chance to being an awesome movie.

I dont think it would be a good idea. Only because its a mall. Too similiar. Maybe if it went away from the mall and used the same characters then it wouldnt be close to the dawn films, but then it wouldnt be the same dead rising.

I could see how this could be a good movie idea, but they would have to make it over the top to keep it from being called a rip off. All that would be needed are lots of zombie kills with the most popular weapon choices, plenty of humor (especially with the gumball machine), and a story that dosen't deprive of the action. If those factors could be used into movie form, than I believe that Dead Rising could be a great summer flick.
