We got an email at the ZWN newsdesk today from the casting director for ABC's 'Wife swap'. So I thought I would share it. Seems that they are earnestly seeking "a family of long time horror fans. Is it possible that there’s a family out there that’s totally into zombies who would be amazing on TV?"
The letter continues: Wife Swap is a family show on ABC primetime. The premise is simple: two moms from two very different families get the opportunity to swap lives (but not bedrooms - everyone has their own!) for a week to experience what it's like to live a different lifestyle - and to see what they can teach each other about their own lifestyle!
All families, the bolder and more adventurous the better, with 2 parents at home and school aged children (6-17) are encouraged to apply immediately.
We will be at the Chiller convention on April 13-15 in New Jersey to meet families who will be attend that conference, but we are also interested in getting in touch with horror families all across the US.
Each family that tapes an episode of Wife Swap receives a monetary compensation for their time. Anyone who refers a family that appears on our program receives a finder’s fee.
