I think a zombie coop fps-mmorpg would be awesome. Basically, an fps, set in a post zombie apocalypse setting. The zombies are controlled by bots, and other survivors are played by humans. It would have that diablo 2 thing, where as the amount of players increased, the amount of zombies spawning would increase, as well. Humans would create factions, which could be friendly with other factions, or even be at war. within the factions would be fireteams, consisting of
different classes, such as sniper, designated marksman, riflemen, submachinegunners, shotgunners, etc...( the weapons would be realistic, with iron sights, realistic damages, so on) You would configure your player, with their appearance, stats,( strength, endurance, marksmanship, etc.) ( these can be raised by lifting weights, running, and shooting) Most players ( 90%) won't have guns to start with. Whenever you attack another player, your criminal level will rise. Once it gets to a certain point, you are an outlaw. Other players will be able to see outlaws on their radar once they start firing guns, or use the in-game communication system, ( all within a certain range, only ). If the players want to join a faction, the faction leader would have to approve. Factions are based in barracaded forts, where you can safely leave your character when not being played. Joining a faction means you get free safety while in the barracaded forts, and you can heal while there. You can also borrow weapons, equipment, and other stuff from factions. The catch is, you have to go on missions that the faction leader decides. This includes full out wars against outlaw factions, cleaning out zombie infected areas,( sometimes containing boss monsters ) and supply runs. You can also start your own faction, by first building a shelter.
Just to see what you all would think:evil:
